  • Seizure
Signs
  • Hepatomegaly
  • Rash : maculopapular rash on trunk and spreads peripherally,sparing the palms and soles
  • Jaundice
  • Splenomegaly
  • Eschar...!!!
  • Lymphadenopathy : regional or generalized
  • Relative bradycardia
  • Subconjunctival injection
